What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
The delivery charges for orders is flat₹49, irrespective of the quantity.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Payments will be accepted in credit, debit and Gpay. But if there’s any trouble, we are available on instagram. You can DM there 🙂
How long will delivery take?
Delivery time may differ from place to place. However in 3-5 days we make sure the product reaches the clients after the order is ready.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
It’s 100% secure and your data is protected.
What exactly happens after ordering?
You’ll receive a confirmation mail on placing an order. Each piece is handmade. Majority of the pieces are immediately made after we receive an order. After which the product will be dispatched.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you will receive an invoice to your registered mail ID after placing an order.
